There has been a resurgence in my daily sketches lately, of cartoons I remember from my childhood, in the 80's and 90's
(Especially Disney stuff, Gummi Bears, Wuzzles, and just about everything Disney Afternoon Related).
Partly as a result of starting up the LCSPS show, and thinking back to REALLY obscure cartoons and shows I can recall.
THAT and a deep need to try to reconnect the parts of my brain that want to draw simplified cartoonish style,
by studying, researching and emulating cartoonists I like and get back to animating.
It was after coming across some concept art by Dan Haskett, of older versions of
Brittany, Jeanette, and Eleanor that inspired me to draw this piece
